Starting as a casual while completing his agri-commerce degree at Massey University, Dave quickly moved up the ranks. From Dairy Assistant to Senior Production Manager, and now in a Farm Manager role on the West Coast, Dave has embraced every opportunity to learn and lead.

“The opportunities are there,” Dave says. “It’s up to you to show the business you’ve got the skills and drive to make things happen. Pāmu is big enough to provide opportunities but small enough for individual efforts to be recognised.”

Under his management, Dave’s farm has seen great results, and he’s about to take on even more responsibility by managing two farms to support another Farm Manager on maternity leave.
