For the upcoming 2025/2026 season, we have several exciting sharemilking and contract milking positions available on high-performing Pāmu farms across New Zealand. Each role offers a chance to manage your own business while contributing to the success of the wider Pāmu operation.

Current Sharemilking Roles:

• Quarry Farm – Taupo, Central North Island: 405 cows
• Otago Farm – Taupo, Central North Island: 905 cows
• Waimakariri Farm – Rangiora, Christchurch: 1,000 cows
• Ruru Farm – Greymouth, West Coast: 780 cows

These roles offer a unique pathway to farm leadership, and the chance to gain valuable hands-on experience while working on some of New Zealand’s most well-regarded dairy farms.
